Dr. Matthew D. Jervis, DMD
Dr. Jervis attended dental school at Oregon Health & Science University, graduating in the class of 2005. He worked as a general dentist for 17 years before returning to OHSU where he completed a residency in Endodontics, class of 2024.
Dr. Jervis will join Dr. Wiltbank and Dr. Reese as a faculty member at OHSU where he will serve as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Endodontology. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Jervis grew up in Richmond, Virginia, moved to Oregon in 1995, and he, his wife, and their two children, have lived here ever since.
Dr. Wiltbank attended Dental School at Oregon Health & Science University, graduating in the class of 1998. He returned to school at the University of Texas, Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, where he completed a residency in Endodontics, class of 2007.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is a member of and volunteers in leadership for the American Association of Endodontists in the capacity of a representative to the American Dental Association’s Codes Maintenance Committee and to the American Association of Dental Consultants. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Oregon Dental Association. At the OHSU School of Dentistry, Department of Endodontics, he currently works as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Endodontology and serves as an occasional guest lecturer.
Dr. Wiltbank grew up in New Jersey and is the oldest of 6 children. He lived in Guatemala for two years and is fluent in Spanish. He came to Oregon to attend OHSU and worked as a general dentist for seven years, then went to Texas for his endodontic schooling. Dr. Wiltbank and his family live in Tigard.
Dr. Reese attended Weber State University, graduating in the class of 2007. He received his DMD at the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 2010 and continued there to be awarded his Masters of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Endodontics in 2012.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the Oregon Dental Association, OKU Dental Honor Society, the International Association for Dental Research, and the Golden Key International Honor Society. He serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Endodontology at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, where he teaches future dentists how to do root canals.
Dr. Reese grew up in Kaysville, Utah with his brother and two sisters. He lived in Argentina for two years and is fluent in Spanish. After finishing his dental residency in Cleveland, Ohio in 2012, Dr. Reese, his wife Geneva, and their three children moved to Oregon. Dr. Reese has been practicing Endodontics in Oregon since 2012.
